Q: Game install or update stuck in downloading. How to fix?

A: Open "iTunes Store" application, tap on "More...", then "Downloads" and look for stuck downloads there. Delete all the downloads in progress and then try install or update game again.

Q: I forgot password for my account. How to restore it?

A: We have no access to your account. Please contact Apple support to resolve all issues with accounts and passwords.

Q: The game is stuck. I can not play it nor delete it. What to do?

A: Try to turn your device off and back on. Refer Apple guide to know how to restart the device.
